IBSIC #43 You're so sweet!

I don't yet have my Inspired by Stamping stamps, but I'm not going to let that keep me from participating in this week's IBSIC #43, the photo is just too tempting. The colors remind of those orange sherbet Push-ups I used to eat as a kid. Oh, I loved those! Do they still make them?

I designed this as a Valentine's Day card, but actually, the sentiment could be used for anything. I was glad to  use one of these pom-pom clips. I've had them a while, waiting for just the right thing.

The yellow paper was plain 'til I stamped it with my Aladine distressed polka dot background stamp. I use this stamp a lot.  It's a great way to dress up plain paper.

This little net flower adds a bit of flair and echoes the shape of the pom-pom.

Talk about over-kill. I took the time to color and shade in all the little sweets on this 10 x 15 cm stampall 42 of themand then what did I go and do but cut it up?! At first you think these are all cupcakes, but they're not. There are some French treats in here too. The one with what looks like spaghetti on top is made with crème de marron (chestnut cream) and is one of my favorites...yummy!

And just a heads up, but if you're in the market for some new stamps (those new releases are awfully tempting!) check out Inspired by Stamping's Facebook fan 24-hour special!
