Christmas card featuring The Paper Shelter's Santa Selfie digital stamp

Christmas card featuring The Paper Shelter's Santa Selfie digital stamp, by Paperesse.

Santa and Rudolph are posing for a selfie in this Christmas card, featuring The Paper Shelter's Santa Selfie digistamp. I don't know if Rudolph looks too pleased about it though.

This card is destined for a French speaking recipient, hence the 'Souriez !' (Smile!) sentiment created with Sneakerhead BTN font. In case you're thinking I screwed up there and left a space before the '!', know that that is the correct way to punctuate an exclamation point in French.

Paper is Tactile Studio Merrily digital paper pack. I was glad to find this digital paper pack as it is similar in scheme to the delightful Carta Bella Christmas Delivery paper pad I recently purchased and am thoroughly enjoying, as seen on this Joy Christmas card. Have you noticed with traditional paper pads you go through the paper you like best first and then you're left with the rejects you don't care much for? With digital paper you can print as many of the ones you like as you want – as long as you have ink in your printer, that is. Embellishments are three black felt brads with the tines cut off.

Supply List
Paper – Tactile Studio Merrily digital paper pack
Digital stamp – The Paper Shelter Santa Selfie
Color – Caran d'Ache Luminance 6901 pencils
Dies – Die-Namics Rectangle and Square stax
Embellishments – black felt backless brads
Font – Sneakerhead BTN

  4. A selfie-snapping Santa! Too cute. Rudolph looks a little startled realizing Santa is tech-savvy.

  7. Oh my goodness Shani, this card is insanely cute! Love the concept of a selfie-taking Santa. Who knew? While Rudolph looks a little startled it's probably because of the choke hold Santa has on him. Both images beautifully coloured and the I'm really impressed with the digi paper - new concept for me. Thanks for the explanation about it. And, thanks for sharing your delightful Christmas card with us at the Watercooler Wednesday All About Christmas Challenge this week.
