Blue Bird Christmas Wreath Card

The Christmas Birds digital stamp pack from Prettygrafik is only $0.99. For that $0.99 you get ten different stamps (of which this bird wreath stamp is one) in both JPG and PNG formats, so twenty total. I like having the PNG option, especially with simply drawn stamps like Prettygrafik's. The PNG option allows you to layer the stamps and create multiple scene scenarios – getting more creative bang for your literal buck. That's exactly what I've done on these Sushi and Cactus birthday cards. If you're unfamiliar with the PNG format – what it is and how to use it – this What is a PNG Digital Stamp File post can help.

The patterned paper is not Christmas, it's from Folia's Motivblock Folklore paper pad. There's no sentiment on the outside of the card, but I figure it's pretty obvious what it's for. I didn't think much embellishment was needed, but I did add a little red ribbon to dress it up. I seem to be using less and less embellishments lately.

Supply List
Paper – cardstock, Folia's Motivblock Folklore paper pad
Digital stamp – Prettygrafik Christmas Birds
Dies – Die-namics circle stax
Embellishments – ribbon
Spectrum Noir Illustrator markers
