Un Hiver Zen, Décorations de Noël coloring page Christmas Card

A free coloring page from Hugo L'Escargot – Un Hiver Zen, Décorations de Noël – was used as the focal point for this Christmas card. I daresay, it took me a few days to color this beauty, but it was worth it and I was pleased with how it turned out. This site has some very nice free coloring pages that will work well as cards. Another one of their free images was used on this bûche de Noël card.

Apart from the coloring, I suppose you could consider this a CAS. There's no patterned paper here, just black and grey cardstock. On the bottom I used a new no-brand die I ordered on Amazon. I had just about given up on it, but it finally arrived and I put it to good use here. I cut it twice and slightly offset the black behind the grey to create a drop shadow. Little red pearls add a bit of bling.
