Halloween Card Featuring Di's Digital Stamps Ted's Pumpkin Run Digi

Are you a Happy Halloween or Happy Autumn/Fall card maker? I used to make predominately Halloween cards, but in recent years have switched more to Autumn/Fall cards. I like that Autumn/Fall cards aren't linked to one particular date so I've got more wiggle room in mailing them out – from late September through to November  – and it's a nice way to send seasonal greetings to folks who don't care much for Halloween. Having said that, I do still make the occasional Halloween card for family/friends I know will appreciate it. Like today's card featuring Di's Digi Stamps Ted's Pumpkin Run digi made for an American friend.

I created a circular sentiment text path with Annie BTN font to frame the digi. Creating a text path to follow a form adds a little something to cards and I do like the look (e.g. this cupcake birthday card), when I think to do it. Paper is Prettygrafik Halloween Ghosts 2 digital paper. All dies used are no-brand. Two enamel dots dress it up.

Supply List
Paper – cardstock,  Prettygrafik Halloween Ghosts 2 digital
Digital stamp – Di's Digi Stamps Ted's Pumpkin Run
Dies – all no-brand: stitched postage stamp square, border strips, and circle
Embellishments – enamel dots
Font – Annie BTN
Spectrum Noir Illustrator Markers
Art-n-Fly white pen

  1. Great image and nice color choice, the patterned paper backgrounds are a good match for your adorable Pumpkin Run digi and love the sentiment along the edge of the circle. Cute and fun Fall/Halloween card. Thanks for sharing with us at Double Trouble.

  7. Admittedly, I would rather not make either autumn or Halloween cards....I find them too constricting. I do like to look at Halloween/fall card though, and this one is super sweet! Wonderful papers and such an adorable digi.
