LRW #702 – Slim Pickings Christmas Slimline Card

It's my turn to choose the theme this week at Little Red Wagon and it's 'Slim Pickings' time; that is to say let's see your slimline creations. Come on over and see what the other girlfriends have made and link up your own slimline paper projects.

I went with a Christmas card featuring digital stamps and sentiment from the now defunct Bugaboo (Bugsmblocks digis) and a no-brand die set. You can use this die set two different ways. The way it's really supposed to be used (e.g. this monster birthday card) and as I've used it here. In this version, I've cropped the inner square cutout and used it as a frame. Using it like this allows more space in each square.

The paper is from Mode & Travaux magazine's 2021 Noël issue. Nuvo Crystal Drops in Caribbean Ocean dress it up.

  1. Love your sweet snowmen! It's so pretty the way you have repeated the blue in the background the blue in the snowmen's hats and the blue in the Nuvo drops.

  3. Wonderful card, Shani! I never thought to use one of these types of digis for a slimline card - they're perfect for them! Loving that paper too.
