The French card making magazine Passion Cartes Créatives had some lovely free Elaïa Design paper in their last issue, No. 17. I used their Spring look paper to make this birthday card. The jewel embellishments are from Joy! Crafts. I've had them a while, waiting for just the right thing to use them on; the butterflies were the perfect fit. The stamped sentiment (Happy Birthday in French) is from Artemio.
