Happy Easter! and three vintage look Easter cards

I used the Easter paper from Tim Holtz Idea-ology Seasonal Paper stash to make three Easter cards for a friend. I didn't have much time to spend on them, so I decided to make all three in the same design, changing just the central image—assembly line card making.

I upcycled ridged paper from an old packing box to use for the tags.

The sheet music is vintage.

The font I used on the tags and inside the card is 1942 Typewriter font. I love its vintage look.

Happy Easter to you!

Material
Paper—cardstock, upcycled box cardboard, Tim Holtz Idea-ology Seasonal Paper Stash, Paper Studio Antiquity paper pack
Dies/punch—Artemio large tag, Kesi-Art doiley, small tag punch
Embellishments—vintage button, twine, crinkle ribbon, burlap, Tim Holtz Journaling Tickets
Font—1942 Typewriter

  1. Wonderful post - LOTS of cards! Love the elephant, and you're right, it IS a "she!" It's so cute that even the 2-year old recipient will understand and enjoy it. And those shabby vintage cards are DIVINE. Be still my heart...all that texture makes me go weak in the knees! These are positively delicious!

  2. I am so glad to know that I am not the only one that saves torn cardboard from packing boxes. It makes the best cards! I am such a lover of vintage...and your cards are vintage perfection. Love all the texture! Happy Easter...a little late!
