A male 60th birthday card idea

A card for a male's 60th birthday with bright 70's retro stripes.

My husband recently celebrated his 60th birthday and this was his card. It's rare that I ever make two cards exactly the same, and although not exactly like this Happy Birthday card from last year, you can see it's very similiar. I used the Poptastic digikit from DaisyTrail in my CraftArtist2 software to create the focal image.

The paper is retired (Stacy Claire Boyd 70's Stripes) and goes so well with this digikit I just had to use it. I used the same ribbons as before, but opted for little buttons this time instead of gems.

My husband loved it (he likes bright colors); it's completely new to him.

Supply List
Paper – cardstock, Stacy Claire Boyd 70's Stripes
Digital focal image – Daisy Trail Poptastic digikit
Dies – Die-namics square stax
Embellishments – ribbon, buttons, twine

  6. Whaouuu!!
