Happy Summer Card Featuring Di's Digi Stamps Summer Sun Mouse

It seems like I make less and less 4th of July cards and opt instead for Happy Summer cards. For two reasons: one – as I don't live in the States and don't often celebrate the 4th here in France, it seems less relevant to me and two – because of reason one I tend to forget about it 'til almost the last minute when 4th of July cards would arrive late, where as Happy Summer ones wouldn't.

The stamp on this card is Summer Sun Mouse from Di's Digi Stamps, one of my favorite digital stamp companies. I love Di's images; they are so cute, without being cutesy. I checked and there are over thirty posts on the blog featuring Di's stamps. I especially like the masculine cards I've made with her stamps (e.g. this Cowboy birthday card).

The sentiment is from a Cuddly Buddly sentiment sheet – Kim MacFarlane's Twelve Round Greetings Iconic. These sentiments sheets go great with Di's stamps and I pair them often. The paper is Motivkarton Kids and Grafik, from the German company Max Bringmann/Folio. Sorry for the lack of links, but I can't seem to find these online. If you have an Aldi's near you though, check them out; that's where I bought these. Embellishments are little mousse dots.
