Hostess Gift Card Set – Gift Bag & Cards

You've already seen the cards – #1 Merci (thank you), #2 Meilleurs Voeux (Christmas), #3 Joyeux Anniversaire (birthday), and #4 Bonjour (hello) – in the Hostess Gift card set I recently made and now it's time for the gift bag reveal! As with the cards, I used a Hetty Clare Art digi – dog present – and enlarged it to fit the sack. There are two versions of this digi provided; one has stripes on the present, one is plain. I chose the plain paper version and paper pieced the present and bow. I added 'Pour toi' (for you) to the tag with Angel Face font.

The present pieced paper is leftovers from my scrap stash. I'd used the same on the #1 Merci card and that's pretty much finished it off. This is from the time when I bought big 30cm x 30cm sheets; I don't do that anymore. I used an extra long Docrafts Xpress border die-cut and some Nuvo Crystal Drops in Bottle Green to dress it up. I placed the cards and their envelopes in the bag, each one protected by a plastic sleeve.
