Digital stamp masculine birthday card idea

Di's Digistamps Gentleman Ted digital stamp stars on this masculine birthday card, by Paperesse.

This card was for my Father-in-law's recent birthday. Di's Digi Stamps Gentleman Ted digi serves as the card's focal image (if you like this stamp, it's on sale right now for just $1.00).

For my paper, I've used Little Llama Shoppe's Gentlemen Only digital paper pack. I created my sentiment using a circle frame from Pixel Scrapper (one of my favorite sources of free digital imagery) and free Annie BTN font.

Embellishments were kept to a minimum, but I went all out on layers. This is one heavy card. It was hand delivered though, so I didn't worry about it.

I like Di's Ted stamps for guy cards. She has some very cute ones. Like the Gibson Bear image I used on another recent birthday card for my cousin.

  5. You have quite the eye for your light source... I found myself studying that on this image in particular. Your highlights and shadows are so consistent - beautifully done! That is high on my list to make my shadows more realistic and increase my contrasts. You either have an art background or you are just naturally gifted - my vote is both!
