Digital Delights Chompers digital stamp 'Some bunny special' Easter card

Digital Delights Chompers digital stamp Easter card, design by Paperesse.

I've got an Easter card for you today, featuring Digital Delights Chompers digital stamp and Easter sentiment.

This one's going to my great-aunt. I hope she reads and understands the sentiment on the side; I doubt it. In case she misses the bunny/Easter aspect of it, too, I went with an extra large type face inside wishing her a happy Easter. This is one of the nice things about digital stamps – you can size them up or down – and about making your own cards – you can choose a really BIG font size to make inside greetings more legible. Some of my relatives are getting up there in years and although they haven't said, I think they appreciate that.

The patterned paper is by . . . I have no idea. I think it was given as a magazine freebie ages back, but I can't be sure. This is the first I've ever used any of it. Enamel dots are scattered around for a bit of bling.

Supply List
Paper – kraft cardstock, cardstock, patterned paper
Digital Stamps – Digital Delights Chompers and Easter sentiments set
Color – Caran d'Ache Luminance 6901 pencils
Dies – La Cabina squares and lace border
Embellishments – enamel dots

I'm linking up with: As You Like It 09/03 – Your favorite stamp brand (and why?) = I don't think I can honestly say only one, but definitely 'one of' is Digital Delights by Louby Loo; I like the bold, simple lines of her stamps that are cute, without being 'too' cutsey, Aud Sentiments #175 – Spring or Easter sentiment, C.R.A.F.T. #406 – Easter/Spring, Through the Purple Haze #120 – AG, and Crafty Girls Creations #34 – AG.

  2. Oh my!! Love it Shani! What a great Easter card! That bunny is dah-link - and what you have done with that simple bucktooth bunny by fussy cutting the feet & popping them up & out of the frame like that is fabulous! Then - I'm counting 8 or 9 layers of those wonderful papers and that great tab peeping out with the sentiment. What wonderful color combinations - cheery, spring like and definitely reads Easter even for older eyes! Your Aunt will love it!
