Meilleurs Voeux/Christmas Card featuring Di's Digi Stamps Santa's Snowman Digi

Meilleurs Voeux/Christmas card featuring Di's Digi Stamps Santa's Snowman digi, colored with Caran d'Ache Luminance 6901 pencils, by Paperesse.

Another Meilleurs Voeux (Best Wishes) card for you today featuring Di's Digi Stamps Santa's Snowman digi (retired). By the way, if you're in the market for some new Christmas digis, it's worth noting that Di is currently having a 30% off sale. The paper is Elaia Design and was a freebie in a long, long ago French cardmaking magazine.

The sentiment font is one of my favorites – Channel 2 Slanted. Isn't it pretty? Every project I use it on looks so nice. I love the flourish you can add to last letters (and lest you think I only use it for Christmas cards, here it is in action on a Halloween card). Embellishments are simple black wooden stars dressed up with some enamel dots.

Supply List
Paper – cardstock, Elaia Design magazine freebie
Digital stamp – Di's Digi Stamps Santa's Snowman (retired)
Dies – generic wonky stitched square
Embellishments – wooden stars, enamel dots
Font – Channel 2 Slanted
Caran d'Ache Luminance 6901 pencils
Gelly Roll .08 white pen
Winsor & Newton .05 black fine line pen

I'm linking up with the following challenges: As You Like It 09/04 – Simple or Fussy (simple – I prefer flat layers without a lot of embellishments – that way I concentrate on digi coloring, which is my favorite thing to do, and the card is easier to mail), 52 Weeks to Christmas #15 – ATG Christmas, Krafty Chicks #815 – Christmas, ABC Christmas Challenge 08/04 – H is for Hat, Holly and Ivy Christmas Challenge #202 – ATG Christmas, Christmas Kickstart Challenge #109 – Brimming with Style (Hats),  Girlz Creative Christmas Challenge #171 – ATG Christmas, and Peace on Earth #109 – ATG Christmas.

  1. Cute image and it’s hard to go wrong with a black/white/red colour combo, this looks great! I agree, that font is very pretty too.
