Halloween autumn card made with Sizzix Baby Dresser die

Here's my first fall card! The calendar may say it's autumn in September, but for me fall begins in October.

Sizzix baby dresser die used for Halloween card, by Paperesse.

The Sizzix Baby Dresser die makes a great side step card base for this Halloween/autumn card.

The image is a free Dearie Dolls Harvest Pumpkin digi. The sentiment is a freebie from TLC Creations.

The burlap bow on this card is an upcycled one from a candy box, which leads me to a *Crafty Tip* – don't throw away the bows on your candy and gift boxes, they work great on cards – i.e. this Easter card and the same burlap bow as above on this masculine card.

Supply List
Paper – cardstock, Tactile Studio Pumpkin digital paper
Digital stamps – Dearie Dolls Harvest Pumpkin, TLC Creations digi sentiment
Color – Caran d'Ache Luminance 6901 pencils
Dies – Die-namics circle, rectangle and square stax
Embellishments – wood tag, flowers, leaves, bow, button, twine

I'm linking up with: The Paper Players #315 – Halloween, Angie's Digital Stamps #2 – Anything Goes with Halloween Twist, Come and Get It challenge – Welcome Autumn, and Glitter 'n' Sparkle #208 – Fall/Autumn,

  2. Omy Shani! I love this one... using a step card like that to create two focal points with the fun freebie of the pumpkins and the great sentiment! I love that you put a twine hanger on the top of the sentiment... does it pull out of the card so they could actually hang it? Either way - it is such a creative and beautifully executed card!
