A 'Corny' Happy Summer card – with Porky's Backyard BBQ digital stamp

Happy Summer card featuring Digi Web Studio Porky's Backyard BBQ digistamp, by Paperesse.

And now we arrive at the last of the six Happy Summer/Happy 4th of July cards created for States side friends and family featuring Digi Web Studio Porky's Backyard BBQ stamp set (eight stamps in the set and on sale for just $1.00!!!). You can see #1, #2, #3, #4, and #5 in the series by clicking on the corresponding number link.

The long retired patterned paper is from my stash.

The sentiment is from a sheet I created just for this set. The full sentiment reads 'We know it sounds corny . . .  (and inside) but here's wishing you a very 'sweet' summer and a happy 4th of July.' Or something to that effect, I can't remember the exact wording. Embellishments are simple enamel dots.

Digital stamp – Digi Web Studio Porky's Backyard BBQ stamp set
Color – Caran d'Ache Luminance 6901 pencils

  5. You've blended this baby beautifully! How about that alliteration?? Love the sentiments you came up with - and the enamel dots match the papers perfectly! Still have this one on display in the dining room and I always get a lot of comments on your cards!
