Merry Christmas! And a Christmas Card with Di's Winter Hedgy Snuggles Digi

Christmas card with Di's Winter Hedgy Snuggles digi, colored with Caran d'Ache Luminance 6901 pencils, by Paperesse.

Merry Christmas to everyone observing the holiday!!! May your Christmas be truly merry and bright!

Today I have the pleasure to once again be guest designing for Kleuren met Potloden (Coloring With Pencils). My card features a digi from one of the challenge's sponsors – Di's Digi Stamps' Winter Hedgy Snuggles (retired). If you're a pencil colorer come join the fun and link up!

I've used a sentiment from one of Cuddly Buddly Crafts' printable sentiment sheets – Barbara Anne Williams Puny Animal Sentiment 2. I like these sentiment sheets and they look particularly good with Di's images, another example of which is this Squishy Kitty card from a few years back whose design I copied for this card. You get a lot of sentiments on each sheet so there's some bang there for your buck. Now in hindsight, I really wonder at the appropriateness of this one as I suppose hedgehogs are probably perceived as more prickly than fuzzy, but oh well they've got some fuzz there, too, so we'll just go with it.

Paper is Bo Bunny Silver & Gold Collection, a small pad magazine freebie I've had at least back to 2016, if not before. I haven't used it in a while and thought it was time I did. The border die is Artemio Lace #6, another item I have used in a long time. This is one of the first dies I bought way back in 2012 and I used it a lot back then. The last time I see it on the blog is 2018 on the Squishy Kitty card mentioned above; another item I'm glad to dig out of my die box and put to use. Little pearls dress up the border die and add bit of bling.
