Vintage pin-up greeting card for Vintage Café Card Challenge #10

Playing along with the Vintage Café card challenge #10 today. I decided to go with a pin-up look and used my new Inspired by Stamping Big Notes in French Oh la la! sentiment to accentuate it.

This central image is from a pin-up movie magazine I have from the 1940's. I have several of them.   This illustration was on the back of one. I think it must have been quite risqué at the time.

There's a blend of new and old paper and other ephemera here. The book page behind the central image is from an old book titled La Maitresse du Mari published in 1892. Since this translates to The Husband's Mistress in English I think it rather appropriate to this image.

The rust look paper behind the central image and that I've used on the corners is on a role like ribbon. I bought in my favorite discount shop. I can't tell you who makes it and I know once I'm out I'll never find it again. It is so unusual. I love it, it looks just like metal. There are wires that run down either side of it. I cut the wires out, curled the ends and used them behind the bottom flower.

If ever there was a card for IBS's new Oh la la! sentiment, I think this is it. I stamped it on vintage paper and clipped it to more of the rust paper.

Inside I used the You're wonderful stamp from IBS's Big Treasures set.  And here's the sketch:
